Paige Rolfe
I focus my practice on bankruptcy, with more than five years of experience representing individuals and businesses through all stages of the bankruptcy process. I am also well versed in all aspects of civil litigation practice in both state and federal courts.
I concentrate my practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings, including complex cases involving high income, significant debt obligations, and cases for small business owners and their companies. I take a hands-on approach with my clients, providing thorough, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental representation.
Prior to joining Weintraub Zolkin Talerico & Liu LLP, I practiced at a bankruptcy boutique firm, where I gained extensive experience under the mentorship of a retired bankruptcy judge. This background provides me with a practical, insider understanding of bankruptcy proceedings and allows me to advocate effectively on behalf of my clients.
